OCA optical adhesive is one of the raw materials for touch screens. It is made by creatingan optical acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive without a substrate, and then attaching anoptical release film to the top and bottom layers. It is a double-sided adhesive tapewithout a substrate material. It has the advantages of high cleanliness, high lighttransmittance, low haze, high adhesion, no crystal points, no bubbles, water resistance, high temperature resistance, and UV resistance. It also has uniform thickness and highflatness. Its refractive index is close to that of glass, PC, and PMMA. It will not causeproblems such as yellowing, aging, haze, detachment from the bonded surface, or bubbleformation after long-term use.
The Optically clear adhesive (OCA) is bonding technology used in touch panels and display devices to bind the cover lens, plastic, or other optical materials to the main sensor unit or each other. These adhesives improve optical characteristics and durability.
