Working Principle (HotBar / Haba Welding):
HotBar (pulse hot pressure welding) uses pulse current through high-resistance materials (molybdenum/titanium) to generate Joule heat, heating the thermal head. The solder paste on the PCB is melted by the thermal head to weld FPC to PCB. A thermocouple at the front of the thermal head feeds back temperature in real time to control pulse signals, ensuring precise temperature on the thermal head.
